Last week we released our first ever subscription service chocolate box. The aim of this was to make purchasing your chocolates more convenient for you. The advantage of subscribing is to get a new opportunity to receive new products, limited edition releases, and of course your favourite products. This is a monthly subscription service, and you have the option to have them delivered to your door, or to click & collect to save on shipping costs.
Once you’ve subscribed, we send out an intake form so we can gather data about your chocolate preferences, and if you have any dietary requirements.
We have chocolate options that are vegan, gluten free, nut free and dairy free.
After you have subscribed, you will be debited monthly. Please note that we offer our subscription service for 10 months of the year, and you can cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee. We do not ship from December-January due to heat.
We love hearing customer feedback, since we are always looking at ways to improve our service. Once you have received your chocolate box, we send a customer feedback form by email so you can inform us which chocolates you enjoyed, and which chocolates were not your favourite, so we can ensure we are delivering a box tailored to your flavour preferences.
How to subscribe:
1. The subscription box is found in the SHOP menu, under the tab SUBSCRIPTION BOX. Select product to add to cart
2. In your shopping cart, this is how the item is presented. You can select postage (done express through Australia Post), or for Click & Collect.
3. Once you’re at checkout, you will be asked to fill in your details. You will only need to fill them in once.
4. Once your order has been placed, you will see this screen confirming your purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email. We will also send you an email with a short survey asking you about your chocolate preferences, and if you have any dietary requirements
