Here at Xocolatl, we are always coming up with new and innovative ways to stay cool over summer – while also indulging in delicious chocolate! This summer, we are excited to share with you our new frozen ganaches. With the lightness of ice-cream but intensity of chocolate, these bite-sized pieces of frozen ganache are light, refreshing, full of flavour and perfect for the warm summer days ahead!

Handmade in our kitchen and with a range of flavours to choose from, they are ideal for the kids and completely irresistible. The flavours which are available include passionfruit & honey, coconut, raspberry & white chocolate, hazelnut and a dark single origin from Cuba. Our frozen ganaches can be enjoyed individually in-store, or taken home in packs of 15, perfect for dessert, to share at a dinner party or simply to keep in the freezer for a hot day!
