Mr. X hot chocolate mix is a unique blend of French couverture, specialty cocoa powder and single origin Venezuelan couverture made from the rare and highly prized carenero cacao bean sourced from the Venezuelan jungle.
Infused with Madagascan vanilla beans, this hot chocolate blend has a velvety, smooth and lingering chocolate flavour profile.
Serving suggestion:
Add 30g of Mr X mix to 250mL milk. Warm milk with a steam wand or in a microwave and stir.
To add a bit of complexity to your drink, add a dash of cinnamon or some chilli flakes!
